Authentication of signature

AUTHENTICATION OF SIGNATURE OF A PERSON SIGNING ON BEHALF OF A BODY CORPORATE OR IN THE NAME OF ANOTHER PERSON

The notary recognizes the signer, who is facing him physically, through a valid certificate presented to the notary.

The notary acknowledges that the signer understands the meaning of the operation and has signed it on the document.

In addition, the notary acknowledges that the document confirms the signer’s authority to sign the name of a corporation or other person.

AUTHENTICATION OF SIGNATURE OF A MINOR

The notary recognizes the signer’s minor, who is facing him physically, through a valid certificate presented to the notary.

The notary acknowledges that the signer understands the meaning of the operation and has signed it on the document.

In addition, the notary indicates that the minor is charged with the agreement or authorization under the legal and Aptropssot Law, 5727-1967 – 1962.

AUTHENTICATION OF SIGNATURE OF A PERSON SIGNING ON BEHALF OF A BODY CORPORATE OR IN THE NAME OF ANOTHER PERSON

The notary acknowledges that the signer understands the meaning of the operation and has signed it on the document.

In addition, the notary indicates that the document that was signed to it is accompanied by an affidavit of a translator on the loyalty of the translation given to the notary for review and duty.

AUTHENTICATION OF SIGNATURE WHERE THE LANGUAGE OF THE DOCUMENT IS NOT KNOWN TO THE PERSON SIGNING

The notary recognizes the signer, who is facing him physically, through a valid certificate presented to the notary.

The notary acknowledges that the signer understands the meaning of the operation and has signed it on the document.

Either the explanation for the seal is done by an appropriate interpreter in the presence of the notary and that it is declared that the translator in the relevant languages was presented and maintained by the notary.

CERTIFICATION OF COPY

The notary acknowledges that the document attached to the certificate is an exact copy of the document or information presented to it.

The notary will specify whether the document presented to him, and from which the copy is made, is an original document or a copy.

CERTIFICATION OF TRANSLATION

The notary will specify the languages in which it controls, then the type of document presented to him and the language of the document and the language of translation.

The notary will confirm the accuracy of the aforesaid translation.

CONFIRMATION OF RECEIPT OF AN AFFIDAVIT OR DECLARATION

The notary recognizes the signer, who is facing him physically, through a valid certificate presented to the notary.

The notary confirms that the translator signed a statement (attached to the certificate) that it controls the source and translation languages and translates the attached document and that the attached translation is accurate.

Note: This certificate does not constitute a certificate of translation by the notary according to section 7 (4) of the Notary Law, 1976.

CERTIFICATE OF LIFE

The notary recognizes the signer, who is facing him physically, through a valid certificate presented to the notary.

The notary acknowledges that the signer has signed the document and is therefore alive.

PREPARATION OF A DOCUMENT PURSUANT TO SECTION 7(9) OF THE NOTARIES LAW, 5736 – 1976

The notary acknowledges that the value of a document or any other action when the notary’s actions are required or permitted in accordance with law, including the foreign State, or according to another document.

AUTHENTICATION OF A PRENUPTIAL AGREEMENT

The notary confirms that according to section 2 (ג1) of the civil Relations law between the two spouses, 1973, a couple who had stabilized and identified by the notary on the attached prenup in the presence of the notary.

The notary acknowledges that the couple has explained the content of the agreement in their respective language and that it is found to know that the couple who are facing him made the agreement with a free consensus and understood its meaning and results.

CERTIFICATION OF MAKING OF WILL

The notary recognizes the signer, who is facing him physically, through a valid certificate presented to the notary.

The notary authorizes the making of a testament according to section 22 of the Inheritance Law, תשכ”ח-1965, we were, the statement of the will or the submission of a written will, the call of the will by the notary or the mitzvah, the Declaration of the Order of the free will that this is the will and the notary’s approval that is registered to the will because it was called before the Mitzvah and that the Mitzvah stated that His will or mitzvah read the will/translation of the Will and that the mitzvah declared it to be his will.
